Concession: Campers will have access to our facility concession stand during lunch and snack times. We offer prepackaged snacks, candy, and drinks which may vary slightly week to week. Items range from $1-$4. Campers are not permitted to purchase soda during camp. While we do our best to purchase peanut-free items during camp, we recommend contacting us if you have individual allergy concerns.
Drop-Off Procedure: Drop-off will begin at 8:00 am. Please park and enter the facility where a camp staff member will greet you. We will scan your child’s camp pass to check them in for the day. Following check-in, a coach will escort your child to his/her group.
Pick-Up Procedure: Similar to the drop-off procedure, parents are asked to park and enter the facility. We will begin dismissing campers at 2pm. You will also need to scan your camper’s building pass to check him/her out for the day.
Early Pick-up: In the event that you need to pick your child up early (before 1:40pm), please call or text us at (703) 430-9966 so that we can have your child ready.
Cell phone policy: We do not allow campers to carry their phones on them throughout the camp day. If they bring a phone it must stay in their bag the entire camp day and be used only for emergencies. Any phones that are brought out onto camp surfaces will be kept up at the front desk for a parent to retrieve at pick-up
The Dulles Sportsplex is a membership based facility. All participants entering the building must have a valid membership. Participants will be asked to scan in during drop-off and pick-up with their parent or guardian.
Memberships are included in your camp registration and can be accessed through your Your Sports Pass (YSP) account under the camps tab – www.yoursportspass.com. Your camp pass is valid for the number of days of camp you purchase and grants the participant facility access during this time.
You may have another adult drop-off or pick-up your child as long as they have their building pass to scan. You can send a screenshot of the QR code to your alternate pickup person. We do not need to be notified ahead of time.
